I think Linus tried to make a gaming PC for the price of an Xbox/PS5 and couldn't match their performance even when he kinda cheated and bought 2nd hand parts and missed out peripherals like a mouse

It says something that the best games made now are remakes. Kinda sad. That being said your gameplay, as always, is elite tier. Very entertaining.

Its obvious as to why. Devs have the resources to make the best graphics, cutting edge animations sound design gore etc. All of that comes with these companies getting more big and gaining more money. Unfortunately the trade off for good graphics and fidelity is that now modern devs have no good ideas for something new.

@@dietretard2636 I can understand why, its hard to constantly create new ideas for games, there's only so much variety of it, which is why some games take inspiration from other successful games and copies their gameplay, and why games are being remaked to begin with.

There's been plenty of outstanding games that aren't remakes. We've just gotten lucky with a bunch of extremely high quality remakes like this and Dead Space coming out within a short time span. Remakes are not easy, they're actually incredibly difficult because you have that lingering thought of fucking up

It's because AAA devs have forgotten the fundamentals and focus on extracurriculars nowadays, the effort and quality is usually there, but charm has been falling flat for a while

Y'all are gonna hate me for this But Resi 6 had way better gameplay combat wise and Capcom should have stuck to that Resi 4 was THE GAME to use the dodging, quick shooting and open meele

The combat is top tier especially in Mercenaries but maaaan the level designe wasn't made for it's combat. This is the reason why the game is bad and can't bring myself to play it again.
