There's something so inherently sad, nostalgic and tragic that hits home, considering all of the experiences Leon has gone through and was going through in RE:4. This theme to me hammers in his point " this time it'll be different". Beautiful theme.

Also tragedy for the Ganados who were peaceful, happy people before Saddler came and took over their village. Forcing them into experiments and twisting their minds. They get no happy ending because even after you kill Saddler everyone who had a Plaga melts without the master Plaga to control them.

Nah they just learned from their mistakes. Re2 was a great remake, but they knew they messed up when the took out the b scenario and then heard fans and rushed one out. Re3 was missing so much content. It was like they were trying to make it a completely different game. And re4 they took both of those games as examples. What helped is they replayed the original and took down notes on what need to be improved.

glad they're adding tracks back to re remakes re2 barely had any of the music remixed and was always very quite and ambient which fit the vibe but music is such a big part of this series

I hated that in RE2 the songs weren't loud enough. Now something like the escape theme was loud enough but there were many themes that could have been Louder. Edit: Btw. The songs are pretty great and they remade em well. But they're not loud enough. I didn't know that they remade the Library Theme until I heard it on KZbin! Ok though. Real question: Is there a mod that increases the Music volume but also keeps the SFX and Voices balanced?
