It was DLC for RE5. It's sister was Lost in Nightmares where Chris and Jill infiltrate Spencer's Estate, similar to the first mansion but in Europe. It basically shows all that transpires in the mansion before Chris and Jill fight Wesker after he's killed Spencer. Not as fast paced but is very rooted in the original game. Even allowing you to play the level with the classic fixed camera's. The Gold version of the game has both DLCs obviously and the mercenaries reunion that includes Barry Burton, Rebecca Chambers and a few other character's and skins for mercenaries!

It was a while between her going missing and the games events, but probably not long enough for a dye-job to grow out so it’s probably not Jill’s natural colour coming back. If it was the other way it could be lack of sun from time spent in umbrella/Tricell labs (I’m a blond and in the winter when I’m outside way less my hair is like two shades darker easy). So basically what that means is unless Wesker made her dye it for some weird reason there is no in-universe answer for it. Why Capcom decided to change it for this game only I don’t understand.
