I miss playing this game more than any other game I've ever played. I stayed in and missed a new years eve party to play the last night that File 2 was online in America. Lol. I played it all new years eve until it shut down at like 2am. I must have put 200 , hell maybe even 300 or more hours into both outbreak games. Unlocked everything & probably played with everyone in the Outbreak community from when it had two to three hundred people online , to when 20 people online was a great night. I dont think there will ever be another game like this one. Multiplayer Survival Horror will never be as good as this IMO. Even if they remade it , it wouldn't be the same.

i remember always wanting to play outbreak online when i was a kid but couldn't, still poured a toooon of hours into both outbreak games, we'd be lucky to even see if it ever decides to get remastered :(

It's possible to get a 3rd AI partner ?? I didn't know that, and i agree it's kinda boring I didnt had the online mode in my country before and i didn't spend a lot of time on this game, and I only discovered file 2 last year lol

Mister-Lex Yep use a gameshark or codebreaker for it. You could even get 3 A.I.s with you for elimination and showdown offline with those codes. It made offline less boring.

I have a screen shot in my guide for the game that shows Thanatos-R grabbing the player character. This attack is listed as grab, shake and smash, but I've never seen it performed. Has anyone seen it? Can you describe it?

I played file 2 slot more but werent there multiple paths to make the daylight and get to the end. I think this was the level with the damn crocodiles that jumped out and one shorted you. Lol

thanks dude I really wish I had friends to play with cause I'm too scared to go alone and play with randoms because I'm not good at this game I actually never finished hard difficulty on all the levels only on some I did and then got bored because offline isnt as much fun

You can play first with normal difficulty to learn the game, some people of the same level will join you :) Also you can check this page wiki.obsrv.org/ there are a lot of useful stuffs to learn about the game
