HD? Nah not good enough. Since they aren't adopting the fixed camera angles in Resident Evil 2 remake they could do it for Outbreak but it should be a remake. The graphics for that game are too outdated to look good even in HD.

@Jimmy De'Souza nah, by now lower quality models are used, sprites were used back then because of how weak hardware at the time was compared to now dont believe me? look at world war z, countless infected on the screen with many animations being rendered at once, even the ps4 and xbone can handle that, despite being pathetically weak compared to todays hardware

Kevin is best protag in the game. He's Prideful easy-going and chill. Meanwhile all the the other mascot characters like Leon, Chris, Jill and so on are all tense and hardly ever just crack a joke. Sometimes a little joke to brighten a horrible situation isn't so bad.

I always picture Cindy looking at the ruin of Raccoon from the safety of the helicopter as the missiles blow it up as she begins to cry. Then at 2:06 it shows her having a party but suddenly there are zombies and every monster she’s faced surrounds her. She runs for the door and opens it to find Thanos there as he swipes at her to kill her as she suddenly screams waking in bed from the party being a nightmare. She runs to her bathroom and takes medication her therapist has prescribed as she collapses to the floor sobbing as her pet doggie looks at her in sadness and attempts to comfort her.

For all the people who complain: Soundtrack artists like to crate songs with many different parts, often in high contrast. This is because it gives the developers basically more songs to chose from and edit more freely. If you create a song this badass and make it last very long, the developers will be hard pressed to find a way to include the entire song in the game somehow. But this way, they can just loop the few minutes of badass part, and save the end for a cutscene or something.

Remake would be nice, but not necessary. Just port it on Steam with HD graphics, and it would probably sell like hot cakes anyway. HD Port would also be cost/time-effective for them.

@Undead Officer I think you're missing the point. The game would sell well, regardless if it were a HD port or a remake, which means that it wouldn't necessary need a remake in order to succeed. Also, no way in hell would Capcom remake Outbreak with the same amount of content, considering these games have literally over 100 unlockable characters.

@FlyingBurritoMan Because your objective in the last mission is to create Daylight: A vaccine for the T-Virus. You're supposed to make 4 viles of the stuff. 1 for yourself, 2 for your A.I. Partners and 1 To use against Thanatos. You escape via Helicopter, and you watch the son come up as the city is layed to waste. The good Endings bring hope and resolve many of the issues the chracters deal with through out the missions.

I think the only people from outbreak who survived were Mark, Jim and David as they don't appear as zombies in any scenario (not including nightmare mode). According to resident evil's story arc, Nicholai also survives as his death is optional in RE3.
