The Nerd being edited into the Resident Evil opening cinematic and character introduction sequence is pure gold. I've been watching AVGN since 2007 and I'll be honest....I love the newer episodes, but It's been a while since I genuinely laughed out loud during one of them. 12:40 - 13:03 took me right back to the earlier years and I laughed my ass off. Definitely a feeling of classic nerd hilarity.

I agree, I also enjoy newer videos but I think he is missing the "angry", "frustrated", " what where they thinking", "this game is fucking trolling me" part of the character that made it feel authentic and relatable to gamers who lived that same experience.
