Resident owned mobile home community in Colorado a resource for others

My senior parents live in a Co-op type mobile home park. Each person owns 1/77th of the property. And jointly own the community house, etc. Their monthly HOA fees include Cable, sewer, water, electric, garbage, and helps collectively pay the property tax. They've been there since 01, and it's still under $300 a month. I wish there were more places like this. Especially for our aging community.
