does skilled work experience be calculated after post qualification. if the occupation requires level 7 to claim absolute skill shortage points does the same criteria (work experience calculated after level 7 awarded) be applicable when calculating the skilled employment.

No documents are required at the time of EOI. If an EOI is selected, and an ITA (Invitation to Apply) is received, INZ provides 4 months' time to submit an application. Hope it helps.

Hello Sir,Do we get a reference number immediately after applying for IQA.If yes can use this ref.no. for filing EOI.If I apply for IQA now,I won't get it before 9th Nov but I am pretty sure I will get Level 9 for my Masters degree.If I wait for IQA Assesment,then after 9th Nov points will increase to 180 which will not be possible for me and I will lose this opportunity.

Hi there, I totally understand your situation, but I am afraid, the policy as of now requires NZQA assessment of overseas qualifications unless they're exempt and meeting of English requirements at the time of EOI. I can only suggest you to please keep watching INZ news and updates for any changes in this regard.

Hi, Good news, Changes have been made to allow: 1. people submitting an EOI to make a declaration of meeting qualification points and English language requirements ahead of receiving assessment results from providers, and 2. applicants to submit a residence application using an English language test older than two years as evidence of demonstrating that they have an acceptable standard of English. These changes are effective on and after 25 October 2022.
