Residential ENERGY STAR Certification: Revision 11 Overview

Every new home and every older home that is for sale should be required to have an energy rating. When looking at homes for sale it needs to be easy to see the last 12 months of energy usage for a building or home that is for sale. Real estate website need to include energy ratings as part of their listing information. Maybe something as simple as 12 months of utility bills and a score of energy cost per square foot would be helpful.
