That's funny, I worked there from 2020 until 2023, and they are STILL having the same issues time for a new management company to actually address the issues. I feel sorry for the tenants.

Yep, most buildings are flipped by corporate management companies; never improving, but often becoming worse and worse. Financial speculation of the rich executives is so disastrous, but makes them really rich while they fly places and enjoy high luxuries like drinking coconuts on a white sand beach and being world citizens with every option to never have to end up in slums and places that have gun wars.

They shouldn't be charged any rent. That's disgusting and disgraceful. Huge rents and totally mismanaged.

How much time did I need according to that guy he’s been trying to get them to fix his air conditioner for seven months but the problems have been going on for two years so how much time do they need to correct the mistakes and fix the problems? Holy cow sounds like excuses to me. I’ll never rent at that place.

I was lucky to find a landlord that has maintenance and no junk fees. The slum lords are most landlords all across this country that was once a truly great place for people to live. Most lack solid values and principals for they're corporate management company. I dreaded living in a 100 year old city studio apartment for there was no air nor heat and the windows were really drafty. And there's just so much drama and social strife going on, but people endure all these shenanigans to not be homeless often paying rents for apartments and studios about same as expensive new luxury sort of apartments in huge 5 over 1 blocks. Our economic system mostly isn't good anymore for our work culture lacks solid principals and values.

Yah no. You buy a place for that kinda $$$ ......... you should know the maintenance issues very well. Shots not fixed because you don't want to spend the $$$$$ known to be needed.
