Residents struggle with heat issues in Hamilton apartment

A 20-story downtown Hamilton apartment building was without heat for two weeks. Some residents say the heat is sometimes back on, but it’s still inconsistent or warm enough. Rita Morrison says she’s had to buy portable heaters to keep her apartment warm, but it’s costing her. However, it’s not just the low heat she’s dealing with.
