यदि अस्थाई केंद्र कर्मचारी का उच्च वेतनमान में केंद्र सरकार के अन्य विभाग में चयन होने पर उसे तत्काल त्यागपत्र स्वीकार कर रिलीव नही किया जाता है अमूमन एक माह का नोटिस तो कर्मचारी के आर्थिक हितों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ता है । सामान्य रूप से तकनीकी त्यगपत्र के बारे में जानकारी न होने से वह जॉइन के समय बता नही पाता इस स्थिति में अधिकारी को केवल यह सन्तुष्टि की सेवा में आने के पूर्व आवेदन किया था करके त्यागपत्र स्वीकार करना चाहिए किन्तु ऐसा न कर उसे 30 दिवस रोका जाता है ।

Sir, suppose, in training some mischief was happened and training sent the report to my department and they put a punishment ' withhold of one year increment without cumulative effect'. After Few month I got selected in different circle but in same department through an examination. Now the new department send me joining letter and asked to join immediately and I sent the resignation to my department. Now my department sent my resignation letter to higher authority for vigilance and the higher authority said Act accroding to rules. They are saying penalty is imposed but not implemented. There is no more enquiry. Can they withhold my resignation?????

मेरा रेलवे ग्रुप डी नौकरी हुआ था। मैंने resignation दिया है।मेरा letter मे यह लिखा है कि रेजिग्नेशन के कारण रेल सेवा से सेवा निवृत हुआ।मैंने 2022 में दोबारा रेलवे ग्रुप डी नौकरी हो जाएगा तो ज्वाइन करने में कोई दिक्कत होगा या नहीं। plz बताएं sir sir plz।🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️

Sir I am currently working in railway as Apprentice Junior Engineer and I applied for higher post in psu and selected in psu but I have not intimate railway nor psu about my current job. In railways there is a bond also. what should I do in this case?? Please help me sir...

You have to discharge bond first or you may request the department to discharge you from the bond and then you may resign. if you had applied before entering the service, then you may request for treating your resignation if you are permanent.Or you may simply resign.
