After 1 day of travell he join new central govt office in forenoon, then is he eligible for joining time for this 1 day of gap? 2. Because technical resignation tab milta hai jab deapartment NOC de, but generally lower grade pay par jane par department NOC issue nahi karta, aur tab candidate ko normal resignation dena padta hai. Sir mujhe 2 saal ke liye central government employee kaa pad milaa hai. mei contract basis par hu. mujhe employee number/ pay roll number bhi milaa hai to kiyaa mei technical resignation dekar dusare central government department mei ja sakta hu ?? kiya mujhe technical resignation ka fayda milegaa ??

Sir in my technical resignation they have mentioned rule 26(1) of ccs pension rule 1972 which states forfeit of past service on one hand they have given technical on other hand they mentioned this rule please clarify this rule in terms of TR

Agar technical resignation liya koi, to uska annual increment ka date kya date of joining new department se calculate hota hai ya date of joining Central Govt. service se count hota hai? Iska respective O. M. hai to link dena please.
