Resilience and Faith: Tour of Surviving Historic Masjids of Palestine. Al Aqsa, Dome of The Rock

Al-Aqsa Mosque "the Farthest Mosque",also know as Masjid Al-Qibly, located in the Old City of East Jerusalem, is the third holiest site in Islam. The mosque was built in an area (36 acres) known as the Al Aqsa Compound or Haram al-Sharif .
This Masjid was the first Qibla of Islam and the prayers were directed towards this Masjid.
Islamic tradition holds that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) led prayers towards this site until the 17th month after his migration from Makkah to Madinah, when Allah(swt) directed him to turn towards the Kaaba in Makkah.
It is believed that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was transported from the Great Mosque of Makkah to Al-Aqsa compound during the Night Journey in around 621CE.
The history of this place goes past the time of Herod and more. There are different controversial opinions and views by different historians. I am writing here just from the time when Umar (ra) took control of the place as most of the historians agree with the history of the last thousand years.
The covered mosque building was originally a small prayer house erected by Umar (ra), the second caliph of the Caliphate when he took over control of Jerusalem in the year 637CE.
After that it was rebuilt and expanded by the Umayyad caliph Abd al-Malik in 690 CE along with the Dome of the Rock and finished by his son al-Walid in 705 CE.

The LORD just showed me the dome of the rock at 11.40PM 07/04/24 in open vision. TAKE FLIGHT, TAKE FLIGHT!" These are the words the LORD gave me today 03/04/42 AEST while in meditation. I then saw in open vision a massive eagle take off and fly over the mountain ranges and cliffs, Revelations 12:14. He also showed me a plane summer salting from the sky a week ago and then He revealed to me "pray that your flight may not be in a winter". Mathew 24:20, Everyone is watching the eclipse in the US but meanwhile in Israil...a nuke detonation would cause planes fall from the sky (emp) and trigger the tribulation. I was also told a week ago by LORD Jesus "BUNKER DOWN O"ISRAIL". Please warn as many as you can they need to repent and get to the cliffs! GOD bless from OZ .
