Resilient chef brings hope to Gaza amidst food shortages

Despite the limited food supplies in Gaza, one chef is managing to provide the hungry with some of his favourite dishes. Hamada Ghanim used to work in one of the Gaza’s largest restaurants before it was destroyed by Israeli forces. Now he’s set up a make-shift stall in Rafah and it’s proving popular.

Simple kebabs and rice, fill the stomach, heals the sad hearts for a moment and gives some sense of a normal life from a distant past by the Palestinians, however basic. Under the constant oppression and increased crimes by Israel, which culminated to this situation. The world wants to shut its eyes tight but it has been forced open by honest brave and kind people of Gaza.
