Keep your mind occupied. Sudoku, word searches , more crafting 😊, anything to keep you busy that you enjoy doing till that craving passes ..and they do. Get some fidget things to keep your fingers occupied. Thinking putty was my thing!! It was great!! This helps as well. Avoid trigger points, things, locations, and events that might prompt you to want to smoke. Till the cravings subside completely. The cravings will become less and less strong with time. Anyone who doesn't support you.. take a break from them. Ask people you know, if they do smoke, to not do it in front of you. If they love and respect you and your decision ..they will comply. If not, then take a break from being in their company for a little while. Till you really have gotten over the cravings. I hope these suggestions help ..I succeeded because of them. Everyone is different. You got this!! Sending love and support to you!! ❤

One day is great. That’s a start, for sure. I quit with a combo of patches and cold turkey, so I’m confident you can, too. It’s not easy, but so worth it. I love the bee box and the other pieces. You did great. That glittery mica is gorgeous.❤❤❤

You can do it Marva. Try your best to not use the patches, I think that in the long run would just make it longer to completely quit and make you crave an actual smoke. A doctor recommended changing your normal routine, like if you get up in the AM and light one before doing anything else then instead go brush your teeth or start your coffee. Do something to occupy your mind. IF you lit up while waiting for the coffee to make while sitting at the table, go do something while the coffee is making and then sit on the opposite side of where you normally would or go into another area to drink your coffee. Hard candy or chewing gum helps some people. You can do it, I know you can. Smoking is the reason our lives are falling apart. You have to want it though, you have to be stronger than the habit. I KNOW you can do this. Your Honeycomb and Bee trinket box is beautiful. I like it. It does look like you used glitter how awesome is that? I don't think it needed any additional embellishment, it's pretty own it's own, but I do like the addition on the sides! Later Marva ❤

Just tackle it one craving at a time!!!! Each craving is a mini goal. Move on and tackle the next one. As you concentrate on that..and before you know it.. days have passed. Then weeks. Then, just keep going. Focus on the craving and day count and congratulate yourself for doing it. Remember ..little steps will also get you over the goal line. You will be happier and in better emotional shape doing it this way. Also believe in yourself!!! This is very important. I know you can do this. Know that you are much bigger and more important than a cigarette. Promise yourself the cigarette companies won't win this one...by taking your money and your health. I used these things to help me quit cold turkey and I did it!!! The other ways didn't work for me. I n 32:11 ever went back to smoking. It took me 6 attempts and on the seventh try I nailed it. I feel great. I had more money in my pocket. Cigarette free for 12 yrs. Not even a puff! Do this for you. You are stronger than you think! ❤

I know you're in Florida. Call the quit line number(you'll have to look it up) they will send you free stuff to quit. My hubby did with snuff. Also get some hard candy. Everytime you feel the urge pop a candy in your mouth.

No bee take the moth or fly off then put several bees on the lid and sides. Gorgeous orange with the mica. I don’t like orange personally but you made it beautiful! I really didn’t care for the bottom with all the strange colors it didn’t makes sense and nor was it pretty. I would’ve redone the bottom. It was really ugly with the pink and all that other stuff I apologize for my opinion I am autistic and I am extreme Sometimes I don’t know where I’ve crossed the line just FYI but I don’t mean any disrespect in any of my comments ever just trying to help.
