As an artist, I have all sorts of interesting objects that would look great in the molds: dice, metal ball berings, crushed glass, keys, beads of all sizes and colors, fake hair of different colors, watch pieces, doll limbs, fish hooks, fish lures, tinsel, fake teeth, fake eyeballs, and so much more.

@@shilaguyette4777 I mainly use resin in my assemblage sculptures to hold down the main piece, like glue. Don't give up; I've had mistakes when I didn't properly measure the 2-part resin out. Keep trying but make sure you mix it well. All the famous artists in the world and in the past weren't experts at first but they kept on keeping on. Best of everything to you.

I have a craft book from the early 1970's and one of the projects is putting glass marbles in the fingers of a rubber glove then filling it up with resin. You end up with a resin hand with marbles in the fingers....... Just in case you needed one. Can't think of a reason I'd need one, BUT, if something ever comes to me, I know how to make it.

The first time I ever saw marbles in resin was in an old vintage craftbook from the 60's or 70's. He used a latex kitchen glove and suspended marbles floating throughout. Somehow he did shape the fingers and such as if the glove was fixing to pick up something. It was then used as a tabletop piece. Simply amazing! I really liked the two skulls you made as well. Very nice.
