After cutting on the resin board…. How does it hold up. Also does the resin get in the food being cut? Do you have a used one I could see? Is the resin food grade?

Me again... i have my supplies ordered for doing this and wondering why you use the blow torch and how long does it take before the resin is dry, especially if you need to add a second coat?

Hello! So glad you are trying this! I use the torch to remove bubbles. The drying time depends on what resin brand/ you're you are using. Generally you do one layer each day but can do it sooner like tonight then first thing in morning and then that evening. But the closer together you do it the more careful you need to be not to touch it with your hands or toy can mess it up. There are quick resins you can do the next layer within a few hours but with those you have a way shorter working time meaning you have to be very quick putting it down. I usually use quick resin for top coats, not for the more detailed work. 💖🥰💖 Have fun!!!

I’ve watch this a couple of times and as I’m trying to do the second layer I’m getting a firm line on the resin and the colors don’t seem to to mesh anymore I waited about 10 hours to start the second round. any advice?

Do you need to wear a mask with this resin? Can you tell me what you use the castin craft, the island colors and pinata blanco for in this video? It is beautiful!❤

Thank you so much for watching!!! You need to wear gloves, mask and protective gear whenever you use resin. 🥰 Be safe! The Castin craft and Blanco Blanco Alcohol Ink are mixed together with resin for the white of the waves. The other colors are used for the ocean. 💖🥰💖

@@micheleedblom2151 Ask as many questions as you want! 🥰 I have a basic kitchen torch I got off of Amazon. Walmart carries them too. Get a can of butane with it so you can refill it. These are easy to use and affordable. 💖💖💖
