This is GORGEOUS! Love the smoke effect in this one, plus the holographic glitter is the icing on the cake or skull in this case. Am loving the smoke effect lately and have 3 pieces that are still curing and can't wait to see how they turn out.

Tish, this is so freakin' cool. I've never seen this before. Awesome new technique. I can't wait to try it. Have you tried it before to make the smoke effect in the whole skull? Have you tried other colors besides the holographic glitter? I have so many ideas right now lol. I hope you're doing a little better with all that's gone on. I hope you're finding some peace. 🥰💖

Thank you 🌹 definitely give this a try. I've found the deeper the mold the better when it comes to getting the Smokey look. I tried this technique in a sphere mold that was half the size and got blobs of white. It didn't get wispy and smokey looking like this skull did. I'll show it in my next video so you can see what I mean. I've tried this with plain black, chameleon flakes and the holographic glitters like this one. I haven't done any other colors but I think purple would be amazing. And I'm doing better. Thanks for asking 🌹 I appreciate you ♥️🕊

Just a thin coat on a wooden stir stick seals it.

I'm gonna try and make that tomorrow, but I'm not gonna use that glitter. I think it would look cool all smoky from the top to the bottom or from the top of the head to the teeth, but I don't know. I haven't messed with it yet.

@@naptimecreations I really messed up my skull. I used way too much white, and I ended up with a big glob on the top of the skull. Ugh. I wonder if I mix a little pigment in with that white ocean if it would look like I have like red smoke?

This is cool. Did you wait for the white to thicken like you do with blooms, or just pour it in thin?

Thank you 🌹 I didn't wait. I just mixed the white and poured right away. I've found this smoke technique works best with deeper molds like this one. I made a sphere at the same time that was half the depth and got blobs from the white. The deeper the mold the better 🌹🌹🌹💗💗
