Michael: With all the hundreds of videos and lessons you have put out there, I am amazed that any new one I watch still sounds fresh and resonant. What you download is filled with wisdom and useful tools to deal with this dream we inhabit. The important tools of trust and gratitude, and vigilance and course correction need to be used as the ego-based temptations are trying their darnedest to keep us from staying centred and apart from our divine identity. I also make it a practice to silently say to those I have difficulty with (especially the politicians!): My Holy Self abides in you, God's Son. I particularly loved the Yogananda quote and the description of the letters I A M and how they connect with one another to reveal their deeper meaning. I consider myself fortunate that my middle name is William - Will I AM. I will strive to live up to that name!

Because of it's larger wingspan, an American Bald eagle can fly at heights of 20,000 feet. Being smaller, the crows top altitude is 13,000. This according to the Audubon Society, it's simple biology.
