I have trouble doing high intensity workout because I’m an older guy. I’ve been trying to use these resistance bands to get the calorie burn up, but I didn’t really know how to use them. This is an awesome workout. It’s the best one I’ve done so far. I am interested in subscribing. Are there more standing resistance band workouts like this one there? Essentially I need low impact high intensity workouts and not low intensity, low impact workouts.
