Resize pages in PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

This doesn't seem to work on Mac. I'm trying to resize a page that has an image that was already meant for landscape but was downloaded to the PDF in portrait format. Also, when I try to follow the steps by going to print, there's no option for Adobe, as you show in your video.

The problem I have is that I'm resizing an 8x10 document to a 7x10, and it makes so much extra margin all around the sides so the page size is shown to be 7x10 but the contents look shrunkin in on the page, like it shrunk the content double of what it shrunk the page size! It never used to do that on Kofax or Adobe, but now both programs behave like that.

I follow all those steps, but when I get back to the print dialogue box, nothing has changed. If I go back through the process it has all reset to the previous settingd

Possible it could be issue with a new version of Acrobat. Do you happen to know what version you are using?

This didn't solve the problem for me. The pages that were huge are still huge. I've watched SO many KZbin videos, Googled everything I can think of, and still no luck. Will keep trying ...

Yeah, I've noticed sometimes going in one direction with the resizing just doesn't work. Really great at enlarging but not great at making smaller or vice versa depending on the file

This only works on a windows machine. Need to not just resize the the page. I'm resizing the content so I need the page to be larger.
