I'm not entirely sure what your refering to. You need to have your layers in order. Details, like doors, latches, etc should be on top, paint underneath.

When you are reskinning, how do you get the doors on the loco to show up?

How do I remove all the details so I can paint under them? I use Paint(dot)net
