Can anyone help with resmed 11 shutting off and on 20 times a night? Same mask style for 2 years and never had an issue until last 2 weeks consistently. Saying i only use it like 50% of what i reall am. I turned off the smart stop feature and still an issue. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your device shutting off and on. If your Smart Start/Stop feature has been disabled and the issue is still occuring, please reach out to your medical equipment supplier for further assistance, as necessary.

My apologies, this is the reply I meant to send: Opening her mouth should not cause this issue on its own and it shouldn't be necessary to observe her throughout her entire sleep test. As shown at 2:20 in the video, when the device is turned on, you may see the lights blink red and then illuminate green. If any light continues to blink red or starts to blink red while she's asleep, check that the accessory corresponding to the light is properly placed and connected. Once properly reconnected, it should switch to green after a few seconds. If the light continues to blink red OR if at the end of the night the Test Complete light is red, please bring the equipment back to the sleep clinic for further assistance.

In my opinion the AirFit F20 full face mask is the worst. Had marks on my face and my teeth hurt from the magnets. Wanted to send it back to ResMed but Regional Sales Manager Ryan Roberts told MD Respiratory that ResMed would not accept it back
