It's got such a completely unique soundscape i've never heard anywhere let alone in metalcore, the overall atmosphere of the song is absolutely impeccable. Plus the lyrics are really amazing and perfectly delivered by anthony. These guys are definitely a band to watch, i don't know when but if they keep pushing they're gonna be massive.

I like the little "ode to Linkin Park at 1:45. Accidental or obvious tribute? Either way, very cool. One other observation; I think that bands like Novelists (old Novelists with Matty) and Imminence may have started, accidentally or intentionally, a new genre of Metalcore that's a little more melodic and tolerant of a softer approach, while still incorporating the screams and guitar work that we all love so much. I started calling it "Jazzcore" a few years ago, and this is pretty much what I consider a solid entry into that category. Yeah, it's metalcore, it's got the screams, it's got the guitar work; but in the background, there's a noticeable jazzy feel, especially with the drums and bass. It's relaxing. I feel like I could play it in my office for my clients. I'm not sure if the Resolve guys will take that as a compliment, but having grown up in the age of Slayer and Metallica and Megadeth and still listening to bands like Trivium and While She Sleeps and Landmvrks and Novelists, it's really nice to start seeing some real diversity of tone in metal in the last few years. You guys really did a great job with this song. I've had it on loop now for about a half hour listening to all the different parts, sort of dissecting each part. This song has continued to come up in my feed, and I realized this morning that I haven't listened to the album yet, so gonna give it a listen today.

I think another thing with this genre is that it’s very emotional, you could feel the emotion with the cleans, another band you definitely feel it is with Our Mirage, Timo’s clean vocals are unmatched
