Resort Tour: Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios Florida

I have stayed in all 3 premier hotels and this is my favorite. I've been staying there for over a decade. And they updated the rooms in the last few years and they are great. The beds are really comfortable. This is the lowest price hotel of the 3 premier hotels (Portofino, Hard Rock, Royal Pacific). It is fantastic for families. The walk to City Walk and the parks is really nice, too, not to far and it's like walking through a tropic forest. And the theming of the hotel (south pacific) is very relaxing. And when you include that the room keys are unlimited Express Passes, this is a great deal for the money.

The nachos with chicken at the bar at the pool are amazing, perfect afternoon lunch for two people!!!

We love Royal Pacific. And love Jakes-service has always been great and never had a bad meal there. Also-we always try to stay in Tower 1, 7th floor facing the parks (its great at night to see the lights on the Hulk and Fearfall-and awesome seeing them run the coasters in the morning before opening). One other perk of LRP is the included express passes-which sometimes end up making this resort less expensive than some of the value resorts. Great review as always!

Oh it’s a great resort, I just stayed there in October. I met Rick and Nicki on there Saturyay Night Stream!!! I was the one who got out of crepe line to come say hi. No worries though, my friend held my spot.

Love Royal Pacific it's a great hotel we have stopped here our last 3 visits. Love the showers in the room seem more luxurious than the other 2 premier hotels. It's a beautiful place and great value for all the perks.

My favorite place to stay at universal. We try and stay here each time we go. Tuk tuk market is a great place to grab a quick snack. I also love the sushi there! It’s the best!

I LOVE RP!! Our first trip, we stayed there. Got a room with purple orchids. I fell in love with it!! Liked the shorter walk to parks. Plus,?we got spoiled by express pass. Cabana Bay let’s us visit more often though.

We stayed there our very first trip in 2017. I absolutely love it!! Didn’t explore enough, apparently, because I didn’t know about the waterfall by Jake’s. We sat in the chairs in the beach area and the ducks were visiting us. Beautiful hotel! Hope to get back someday, but I can go more often if we stay at the cheaper hotels. lol

Our fave hotel. And we have the avocado toast every am, but eat dinner at Orchid Court Lounge. Don't care for Islands dinner, but haven't been in for buffet. Emeril's was always our go to 😪, before it closed.

I wish these rooms had a pull out sofa bed. We had to go with a deluxe room at Hard Rock because we are a family of 5 but I felt the Hard Rock rooms were in serious need of a refurb. These rooms look a lot fresher, especially that glass shower. I’d stay here if they had rooms that could accommodate larger families.

Order a rollaway when you reserve. You have to pay I think $36 extra per day but it's worth it. We are also a family of 5 and we have stayed at all the Premier hotels.

That resort is beautiful. We stay off property because we prefer having a kitchen to prepare meals (we keep Kosher), but if ever I don't need to do that, I would love to stay here. Nikki, I also adore orchids, they're my absolute favorite flower!

I haven’t stayed there but I stayed at Loews Portofino Bay and Hard Rock. Both were amazing however Hard Rock in my opinion was a little more fun but Portofino is more relaxed and romantic 👍
