Resourceful Mind Peer Support

We’re proud to have been part of the pilot program for the ‘Resourceful Mind’ peer support training developed by Lifeline WA and supported by the Chamber of Minerals & Energy.
So far, over ninety of our people received training and mentoring from Lifeline to prepare them to be our Wellbeing Representatives (referred to as ‘Minders’ by Lifeline WA).
Each has volunteered to be available to provide a listening ear and initial support to their co-workers and refer on to other support options as needed.
The feedback received has been very encouraging and shows the program to be a positive addition to our Workplace Wellbeing options.
