This is easily one of the most complete and rewarding trainings I attended in 2022. Notably, there is heart, strategy and motivation to be found here...highly value and respect the instructor's ability to teach the essential competencies one can encounter at the intersection of topic and roles/needs of each/all interested parties. Grateful also for the additional time for discussion and comments John, CCC Director, included in this free resource for the community. What can interpreters expect? - You will walk away with homework, and an understanding of what you may not know but will want to get working on/to implement right away, - Be prepared to reflect, to invest some time sitting with the quotes Analia shares, and to examine your commitment to NCIHC standards of practice. - Receive affirmation of the value each of us brings to the encounters/people we serve. After taking time with this topic and doing the work, take time to relax and be good to yourself. Thanks again Analia!

I just completed watching the previously-recorded training, "Resources for Interpreters Webinar #14: Interpreting bad news." It was wonderful and the presenter obviously had much experience she was able to share with us. I wondered since I watched the recording, how will I be able to get the certificate or the CEUs.
