This special event is in honor of the new book "Resourcing the National Security Enterprise: Connecting the Ends and Means of US National Security." The book is co-edited by two SSP adjunct professors, Dr. Sue Bryant and Dr. Mark Troutman, and features chapters from three other SSP faculty members.
In a panel conversation, the authors discuss how national security and defense actually work in Washington DC, and the process of taking theories and resolutions and turning them into action and boots on the ground. This is the book the authors and editors wish they had when they were in graduate school, and former National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster has called it "a must-read for practitioners and students in the areas of strategic studies and public policy."
