Why the hell don’t you go raise private money and buy real estate deals. You can partners 50/50 with an investor and get great returns passively without even using your own money. Also, you can deploy the money you have and do peer to peer lending. You sound like someone that makes excuses. With real estate investing, creative financing, seller financing ect, there is no excuse. I’m so tired of people complaining when these options are available

Munger and Buffett have my utmost respect. However, as a person who has studied health and longevity for 10 years, I have to wonder........if Munger would have exercised and avoided the Coke,and See's Candies, would he have made it to 105 or 110? Most of the recent science says exercise, avoiding sugar, restricting your eating (i.e. Intermittent Fasting), etc., can add many years to your life. I guess we'll never know, but Charlie is one guy I wish would have stuck around for another 99.9 year.

I watched the full video of Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. I was impressed by how his position has remained fluid ever since he's been investing, and yet he still remains in the game. I've been following Buffett since 2019, and I've learnt so much from his personal investment style to earn myself five figures monthly in dividend income.
