Great video as always! One question: if you have a patient on High Flow due to hypoksia, could you then use the Rox Index as a guideline for if the patient is in need of BiPAP (V60) instead?

Yes, the correct intervention may be to move to NIV upon early recognition of potential HFNC failure. Great question and thanks for watching!
