It's sad that Stripe doesn't intervene, when all the evidence shows the buyer is lying. I'm seriously thinking about shutting down my website over this. Then to make things worse Stripe charges $16 for charge backs, in addition to us already being scammed.

Exactly - they charge a fee for doing nothing. Stripe is Fee heavy compared to all other processors.

a 100% agree with this. Its very sad. I am in the same boat. Customer bought 3150 EURO worth of services through klarna and now I dont even have a way to counter the dispute. calling the support and they are putting me on hold for more than 1 hour without a resolution. Very poor management and cant ever reach out to a manager. To sad too see this, but I'm done with Stripe.
