And for us out west I think our biggest problem is dispatchers have no idea of the surrounding some distances and it is not cool people set in the desert for hours it's just ridiculous damn good

You can’t blame the motor club member for writing a bad review because the dispatch didn’t update the customer on their ETA as if it’s their fault for not understanding the complexities of how a motor club works with tow companies to provide roadside assistance. Signing up for AAA isn’t like joining a members only club where go through mandatory orientation where they layout club rules and explain how the club operates. AAA is a paid service and customers have no responsibility outside of paying their subscription in a timely member. Toe truck companies would be compensated appropriately, and AAA members would have to pay a highly monthly fee if tow truck companies stopped under-undercutting one another and instead organized to have standard rates established for all service across the entire industry, the same way they do in the UK. Blaming the member will only hurt you in the end; and you can’t blame them for the fact that your business model doesn’t allow for reliable timely service.
