I'm laughing at the complete irony of not posting because I don't get paid for it I mean, why don't you say it in Japanese? As a half Filipino and half Japanese, I don't know if your way of saying English is understandable to English speaking people, the same as British English.
At this point all i can think of is adding your own comentary to the videos with you voice or creating a new channel but i'm not sure that would help or if people will be ok with that, all i can say is good luck to you and all content creators dealing with this, i have seen it happen to other EN clippers too.

Adding memes or jokes here and there could also help you, like sneaking a clip here and there for a little bit of comedy, you could take a look at some EN clippers and their editing styles, it could help you find some ideas, on the other hand i get that it could be very unatractive to some people, uninterrupted clips that just get to the point have charm.
Garzen, regardless of the miscommunication, I am still very sorry this happened to you. Adding subtitles is still transformative in a significant sense, since this lets new audiences understand the content in the first place, and KZbin is being ridiculous. FalseEyeD briefly mentioned your situation in a recent report on another clipper who got his entire channel deleted for reasons that made no sense. Hololive is for Everyone, and my main way of learning about the Japanese Hololivers is because of clippers who translate things into English. And HoloEN gaining Japanese fans always warms my heart, and clippers like yourself are an invaluable part of why that can happen. All clippers who translate content for new audiences to enjoy are valuable, and I truly hope things improve for you.
I'm imagining a strange future where monetized clippers have to add a reaction box with their emoting icon or VTuber model and pause the clip to audibly explain things like translation notes and cultural context. It sounds funny, but it might just work.

Was thinking the same, does adding comentary to the videos in some way makes it more ''original'' ?

I'm kind of curious is it just Japan? because there is no FAIR USE CONTENT rule over there in JP side because some of the ones I watched on EN clippers it's just yours
Thank you for taking the initiative to correct and report this. I understand that you are currently at a disadvantage, but I hope that the time will come when you will be able to operate with a better mindset.
