I'll give you two reasons 1 - When you start dating you start a commitment with a person. You do not stop being attracted to other people. 2 - A bad idea, when repeated often, starts looking like a good idea. So even if a person doesn't hook with the first hot person in front of them, if the person has been tempted ( on its own, i'm not even blaming the third party here ) or thinking about if for a couple weeks or months, they might end up thinking " oh just once shouldn't hurt . I mean, try not drinking any soda or drinking water for a month. Its easy alright. But you'll be a liar if you say you never craved or considered at least a little bit to cheat on the challenge. Or that you wont spend more than a couple of days regreting to face the challenge in the first place. Its the same process, but Its with a person so the result is way worse. Though when I was at uni, I found out classical feminism is kind of like the 'safe' feminism. I mean, all women have a passion for feminism in some way or another as it's the reason why so many women can confidently find their identity and embrace it. But classical feminism is easy to talk about in the open. It's safe. Well, broadcasting radical feminism kind of backfired on the misogynistic weirdos who concocted the publicity stunt. A lot more women are dutifully aware of it and a number of those hold to these radical ideals pretty deep down, only speaking of them if there's no danger of exposure. So during feminist week, the conversation in classes (by this point I was the only male in class as every other male student dropped out) very quickly turned from "life's pretty good, we can vote, work, study, fight, 80% of the staff and faculty here are women," to "ALL MEN MUST PAY FOR THE CRIMES OF THEIR FOREFATHERS (despite this being an archaic system of justice that we accused as a byproduct of toxic men but who cares all men are sexist pigs) BY BEING CASTRATED IN THEIR OWN BLOOD" within the space of an hour. It was freaky. The most bizarre part was the tutor kind of egging these women on as though she either expected it or planted the notion that these ideas were fine and dandy. For all that is holy, take this stuff seriously. The water is slow, but it still flows ever more to that great ocean.

This'll take a while to write, but back then, I was suffering from some terrible mental and physical health issues and wanted to get an extension on an assignment that was due soon so I could have time to sort everything. I asked the lecturer who coordinated the class and she says she isn't the one responsible for granting extensions and that I should speak to the manager of the branch campus. So upon meeting the campus manager, she hands me this piece of paper that requested a whole lot of detail in to my reasoning. It asked for dates, times, reciepts, doctors letters, payment dates, third parties to confirm everything - the works. Afterwards, it would be reviewed by a board who would decide if my application would be approved. She then tells me that this thing was a legally binding document, so if there was any discrepancy between this form and what actually happened, then I could face criminal charges and a minimum of five years imprisonment. All that for a maximum of three days extension on two subjects of my choosing from the date the application is approved (so if it's approved after the due date, I'm screwed). Now at the time my doctor was also a crazed feminist. I needed a specialist, but she liked to neglect her male patients. It took six years, a string of panic attacks, a suicide attempt at work and the death of one of her male patients to finally take shit seriously. I had no other choice but her because all the other doctors in the area were booked out with regulars. So I'm looking at this thing and all it pertains to and I tell the manager that I'll figure it out on my own. She can keep her piece of paper. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, I'd managed to get the assignment in with no sleep and minutes to spare. I was talking with one of the other classmates and she said "oh you should have just gotten an extension. It's easy, I just asked the lecturer and she said sure, and gave me an extra week." From then they were all talking about how they all were able to get these crazy extensions for one reason or another. To top it all off, every employee at the University were women. There was no way I could contest this because, as one employee there told me, "men don't have problems so you don't have an excuse to complain". Incidentally there's been a reduction in the number of male University graduates and it's considered problematic. There's a good reason why male graduates are rare and that's because they find out very quickly that men are not welcome.

If you're falsely accused of rape it's guilty until proven innocent, and even if you are, your life is invariably ruined while the accuser often won't face many repercussions with the exception of legally, and even then it's often extremely lax.
