The Messages app for iPhone is set up so identifying info for the caller is all on the first page, showing that for all messages. The next page for individual conversations with a specific caller does not show the name or number of the caller. The time/date info shows up only once per conversation so that can be avoided or photoshopped. Her text conversations curiously sound like she is talking to herself.... When she fakes messages from professionals, they never sound professional and say exactly what Amberlynn would think a professional would say i instead. Remember her ridiculous claims about FBI Frank? Same thing. For a pathological liar, she is certainly not very good at it. As somebody with bpd, I really want to feel sorry for amber. I recognize the pain she’s feeling here, and I understand how devastated she must feel right now. I actually think she is trying her best with THE SKILLS SHE HAS RIGHT NOW. But at some point, I had to stop giving her grace. She is 33, with a bpd diagnosis, and the means to seek out proper therapy. But she hasn’t. BPD is treatable with DBT therapy, in which you learn “skills” to manage the overwhelming emotions. It’s almost like learning another language, because a bpd person spent their entire lives without learning how to self-regulate. Most of the time, these people didn’t have a parent teaching them to calm themselves down (hugging and talking it out, deep breathing, exercise, any healthy coping mechanism). And so the bpd person learns that their emotions must be acted on. There’s a biological component as well, in which the person literally feels and neurologically processes the emotions at 10x the strength of a neurotypical person. These people also have difficulty separating feelings/thoughts/facts. In a way, it’s another neurotype, like autism. But just like anybody else, the person with bpd is RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND THE HARM THEY CAUSE. That’s why it’s so important to seek treatment. DBT works by essentially reteaching you how to have feelings. And it really really works, if you put the time in. I am a year into the course, and I no longer meet 2 of the diagnostic criteria for bpd. If I keep trying, it’s possible that I can completely put my bpd in remission. It requires a lot of hard work, and sometimes the skills seem counterintuitive or unfair to me, but it’s so worth it. I see the beautiful person Amber could be if she sought out dbt therapy and truly put the work in. I think she could stop lying out of fear, stop getting into relationships out of desperation, stop reacting so badly to the trolls/reaction channels. I think she could even get off of KZbin if she was willing to try. But she won’t. I don’t think she ever will. And that’s so sad because she will always be living in an altered, painful version of reality, and she will keep on making things worse.

I don’t understand why she keeps bringing up her mental health conditions if she’s not gonna do anything about them. 33 year old woman who can’t take her meds, neither can I myself I don’t like to swallow pills the same as Amber but that’s why i take liquid versions for kids or dissolvable tablets. I still take them and struggle day to day like the whole of humanity does. It’s 2024, everyone’s got mental health issues especially after a pandemic- you’re not special for having bad thoughts.

I used to couldn’t swallow tablets that well, but what helped me was taking my meds with milk. I think with it being a wee bit thicker than water, it helps

@@nicolawalker6402- sometimes flavored drinks (noncarbonated) help me to take pills even though I prefer water ordinarily. But usually I need to eat something in between each pill. Nothing big - 1 peanut or nut or big seed like roasted pumpkin seed, part of a cracker, part of a date, a grape (half of a big one), a segment of a clementine, etc. A small bite of candy can work also. Some pills are supposed to be taken without food, but if I gag on them not much point. I figure if I keep the total calories for the bits of food very low (20-30 calories max), that's good enough.
