In first, when I heard about his death, I was sad, but I didn’t realized. After hours, I really thought about that and accepted the fact that my favorite KZbinr is now none of this world. Tor was a legend, a real man who is strong, happy and let his fear away to prove that every human being can do miracles. He was the perfect example of a true, happy man, he was not living in mansion with dollars and fake things, he was happy with what the nature had to give him. We lost a legend, a true man that is not afraid of the thin ice under his feet, or the cold water that he is going to swim in, apetor was not just a simple KZbinr for me, he was more, he was the truth that everyone can perform at his best or go out of their comfort zone. R.I.P Tor Eckhoff.

This is the most phenomenal video Ive seen this year, definitely have it saved on playlist and will keep visiting now and then. Apetor was a great great joy during the worst of times, and his carelessness towards life in a good way helped me try to take things with a grain of salt as well and look things in an assertive manner. He may be gone but he shall forever live on in our hearts, his YT will keep on spreading joy and the morals it indirectly teaches you. Rest in peace.

On his birthday, I left a message to wish him happy anniversary. I was glad he was still alive. I was happy that an outcast like him could be so successful in a small community. He was the only KZbinr i cared about. When i saw a video about Apetor's death, i felt on my ass and i had a tear. Could think this man could die doing what he liked. Well said. Tor helped me through some of the most stressful, difficult times in my life. He was a role model, a mentor, and an absolutely gift to all who interacted with him he it through KZbin or in person. I am truly devastated by his passing. I’m not usually sympathetic to other people when they die, but apetor, apetor hit differently. I only knew him for a few minutes before I heard of his death. He seemed like the happiest man on Earth, always traveling and having fun. A part of the world is missing without him. Rest In Peace, Tor.

I am grateful to Apetor. He taught me one thing: if something gives you pleasure, you should do it even if you can't explain it logically. If you want to do it, do it. And if you want to avoid unnecessary questions, do it without anyone noticing ;) The legend is gone. But he will live in our hearts, in his videos, in snow falling from the sky, in ice on a river.
