aisa kuch nahi hai bhai...apko jab lagega ki tum nahi kar sakte ab upsc ki prepration then chod do.....baki teachers or sabka alag persepcetive hai....u have to decide whether u want to go for 3-4 attempts or plan b as a state pcs or not.....jab apka moto samaj ki sewa karna he hai to wah state pcs me bhi kar he sakte ho ...i dont think there is anything wrong in it......😊
