I’ve learned to be a better neighbor because of my neighbor. I have learned a lot of them, actually. Thanks for watching! Stay safe and stay warm!

@EZ Boiler User What are your thoughts on loading the boiler up while gone for vacation? We are leaving for a week and I have my propane set up as secondary that kicks in 10 degrees below set point. Not sure if it would be worth loading the boiler up or would it just be a waste? I would appreciate your thoughts!

@kyle Wilson - I’d do what my buddy did in this video. Run your boiler as usual, but before you leave for vacation turn the power off to the boiler and disconnect the solenoid so it doesn’t open the damper door when it starts to cool down, then turn the power back on to keep the pumps running so the water lines done freeze while you’re gone. This is all something I’d do if 1) I had an EZ Boiler (I can’t recommend this not know if it’s a different boiler) and 2) how cold it gets where you are. If it’s cold enough to freeze, I’d let them pumps run while you’re gone. Enjoy your vacation!

@@EZBoilerUser thanks! I have an EZ-boiler. NE of Grand Rapids. Should I chock it full before I leave?
@EZBoilerUser Жыл бұрын
@@kylewilson2548 no. Just let the existing fire burn down after you disconnect the damper door.

@@kylewilson2548 also, I’m not a certified EZ Boiler tech or associated with them in any way. Refer to your owners manual or call Tim if you have other questions. I just share my experience here! Good luck!

Not much luck with my central boiler,major leak and come to discover the sidewalls are paper thin,water has treatment in it,just chinese garbage under gauged metal used. Now looking into buying a new one,never a central boiler again!

Sorry to hear about all the troubles you have had w the central boiler! Luckily, I have not had any major issues with the EZ Boiler, yet. Thanks for watching! Stay safe and stay warm!

The EZ Boiler burn chamber is 1/4” thick all the way around. It’s actually a 500 gallon propane tank.

@@stihlisbestyup3865 Well you just gave me the best idea.! I had planned to strip this central boiler down and see if I can make a new fire box for it if and if only the outershell is decent enough metal.I have a 500 gallon propane tank sitting here unused!!!!! Brilliant idea,might even document that as a video. This boiler down twice in one winter now has cost me much grief as I live in Canada and we already had minus 37 C.

@@EZBoilerUser Could I ask you for some measurements? Depth of fire box and how wide and a shot of the chimney from inside the firebox? Your fellow follower here gave me an excellent idea of fitting a part of a 500 gallon propane tank into mine.Been looking at yours and was already jealous of the firebox size.
