It is a menu from one of my favorite local restaurants. The food is amazing but unfortunately we can only afford to go there on special occasions.

It didnt bother me when you didnt pronounce porscuitto as "proshooto" but Gnocchi "nawki" is a potato dumpling pasta where a Ganache is an icing or sauce usually for desserts
