Rice:1kg
Boneless chicken:½kg
Oil:½cup to ¾cup
Garlic paste:1tbsp
Salt:to taste
Black pepper:1½tbsp
Chicken powder:2tbsp
Vinegar:2tbsp
Soya sauce:3tbsp
Julienne cut carrot:1½cup
Fine cut cabbage:2cup
Julienne cut capsicum:1cup
Spring onion:1cup(green part)

چاول: ایک کلو
بون لیس چکن: آدھا کلو
تیل: آدھا کپ سے پونا کپ
لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
چکن پاؤڈر: دو کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ: دو کھانے کے چمچ
سویا سوس: تین کھانے کے چمچ
لمبائی میں کٹی گاجر: ڈیڑھ کپ
باریک کٹی بند گوبھی: دو کپ
لمبائی میں کٹی شملہ مرچ: ایک کپ
ہری پیاز: ایک کپ( سبز حصہ)

Yes it's chicken flavored powder same as chicken cube but chicken cube gives us dark color and needs water to dissolve so we use chicken powder
