Rice:500g
Boneless chicken:400g
Garlic paste:1Tbsp
Chilli flakes:1tsp
Crushed black pepper:½tsp
Salt:½tsp + 2½tsp
Hot spice mix:½tsp + 2pinch
Vinegar:1Tbsp
Soya sauce:1Tbsp
Oil:1Tbsp + 3-4Tbsp
Chicken powder:½tsp
Capsicum:1
Jalapenos:2-3
Onion:1medium
اجزاء
چاول: آدھا کلو
بون لیس چکن: 400گرام
لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ: آدھی چائے کا چمچ
نمک: آدھی چائے کا چمچ + ڈھائی چائے کےچمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر: آدھی چائے کا چمچ + دو چٹکی
سرکہ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سویا سوس: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
تیل: ایک کھانے کا چمچ + دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
چکن پاؤڈر: آدھی چائے کا چمچ
شملہ مرچ: ایک عدد
موٹی مرچیں: دو سے تین عدد
پیاز: ایک عدد درمیانے سائز کی
