Ma'am I really need your advice. Most recipes are usually for 500gm to 1kg and I usually like to cook between 1kg to 3kgs and even more sometimes if we have a party. My problem is that when I double, triple or quadruple the ingredients it never tastes the same. Do you have any tips on scaling ingredients for larger amounts of curries? Or even how can I learn this from somewhere?
