Now I am in south of France I order online from Germany there is online indian grocery. I get everything I need. I cook indian because I married an indian and I fell in love with indian food when I was there 😅

This was so good. Spicy and light, I used less oil, fresh tomatoes, and coconut milk instead of yogurt, but it was so delicious. Will make this again.

I have tried this yummiest egg curry and believe me it tastes awesome, only thing I did different was I added little butter and bit of cream bcz my curd was little sour and yes it was good to go with that ,everyone was licking their fingers😀😀,do upload tastiest recipe .we really enjoyed this .thanks for your recipe😋😋 must try.

I can confirm this recipe is a little strange, however it delivered outstanding flavour and presentation for a egg curry and is ideal with tandoori naan. I am impressed! I can not stress enough the methi ingredient is critical to aroma and taste

You can skip it but you will miss the rustic flavour that comes from the roasted kasuri methi ( fenugreek leaves). Add chopped coriander leaves at the end ...not a substitute but will add some flavour 😊

Yes i guess u can add tomatoes..as i belve puree is added so that u dnt get those chunks f tomatoes while eating,and yes can add three onions may be but adding too much onion makes curry taste very sweet ...just my experience..
