Hello Friends, I am Ruby! Today, I am thrilled to share with you, my delicious #RestaurantStyle #KadhaiPaneer Recipe from straight my #CloudKitchen. This is not just any recipe-I'll also teach you how to make the special Kadhai Powder, an essential ingredient for all Kadhai dishes.
Using my special Master gravies- Chop Masala, Makhani Gravy, and White Gravy- I’ll show you how to prepare this dish quickly and easily, whether you're cooking at home or in a commercial kitchen.
Ingredients :
Kadhai Powder :
- Sabut Kashmiri lal mirch (Red Chilli) - 6 to 7
- Sabut Dhania (Coriander Seeds) - 3 Tablespoon
- Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1 Tablespoon
- Sabut kali mirch (Black Pepper) - 1 Teaspoon
- Moti saunf (Fennel seeds) - 1 Teaspoon
Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer (Full Portion):
- Sabut Kashmiri lal mirch (Red Chilli) - 1 to 2
- Sabut Dhania (Coriander Seeds) - 1 Teaspoon
- Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1 Teaspoon
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1 (small size)
- Salt (according to taste)
- Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder (Haldi powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Master Gravy (Chop Masala) - 150 gms
- White gravy - 60 to 70 gms
- Makhani gravy - 50 to 60 gms
- Dhaniya Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Kadhai powder - 1 teaspoon (adjust acc to taste)
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Cream 1.5 teaspoon
- Paneer 280 gms (12 pieces)
- Garlic chopped - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger chopped - 1 teaspoon
