Ingredients :-
sabudana - 1 cup ( soaked in water )
kaddu - 2 cup chopped
green chili - 2-3 finely chopped
ginger - 1 inch grated
rock salt
crushed black pepper
tomato - 2 finely chopped
aalu - 4-5 boiled and peeled
rajgeera flour
kuttu flour
paneer - 150 gm
kaju ( soaked in water for 1 hour )
curd fresh
milk - 1 kg
chironji - 1 tsp
badam kaju crushed
sugar - 2 cup
cardamon - 2 crushed
badam kaju - 4-5 spilt for halwa
ghee - 2 cup
jeera
fenugreek seeds
jaggery - 1 stone crushed
How to prepare all recipe for one special thali :-
1. firstly pour milk in a pot ,boil it and add saffron in it for color.
2. soak sabudana in water for 1-2 hour to soft .
3. add sabudana in boiled milk and stir it .
4. at another gas put a kadahi to make kaddu ki sabji .
5. pour 1 tbsp ghee and add jeera and fenugreek seed ,
6. add chopped kaddu in it then add salt of 1/2 tsp in it then stir it and cover with a lid to soft.
7.then after 5 mins add jaggery in it and add crushed black pepper in it and stir it .
8. now in kheer add 1 tsp chironji and crushed dry fruits , stir it .
9. for aalu bhaji in a pan add 1 tsp ghee add jeera and ginger and green chili then stir it , now add chopped tomato in it add 1/2 tsp salt and cover pan with lid to tomato to soft .
now add potato crushed and stir it . then add black pepper and cover it .
10 . now in kheer add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir it ,
11. for halwa:- in a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and fry split dry fruits ,
then take out dry fruits in plate and add ragi flour in pan and cooked it well then add hot water of 1- 11/2 cup in it mix it well then add 1/2 cup of sugar and stir it well and then add fry dry fruits in it mix it well . it is ready .
12. in a pot take grate 2 medium size potatoes and add 1 cup of kuttu flour add 1 tsp salt and pinch of crushed black pepper mix it well and make a soft dough use ghee for grease it well make small ball like mendu vada.
then fry it in hot oil to golden brown color .

13. for puri in a thali add 1 tbsp of kuttu flour and 1 tbsp ragi flour then add grated potato and add salt and make soft dough and grease it with ghee and make small ball to make puri .
fry it in hot oil .
14. for chutney wash coriander leaves put it into a mixer jar and add ginger green chili jeera 1/4 tsp rock salt curd and a little water and grind it well .
15. for salad :- cut apple , banana , and pomegranate into small pieces .
16 for curd raita :- in a bowl add 2 tbsp fresh curd and whisk it to smooth .then add roasted jeera , salt and black pepper in it. then add makhana in it mix it well
now all recipes are completer now it's time to serve so take a big thali and serve all the dish in small small bowl and arrange it in thali and enjoy your fast with this navratri special thali ......
