Shahi Paneer Recipe
A succulent dish made with paneer floating in a creamy gravy of onion,tomatoes,cashews paste, and enriched with fresh cream and mild spices ,best serve it with butter-nan or zeera rice!
Ingredients
2 tbs oil
1 mace(javitri)
4-5 green cardamom
2 roughly chopped onions
4 roughly chopped tomatoes
8-10 garlic cloves
12-15 cashews
Salt to taste
1tbs deggi mirch powder
Handful of green coriander
2/3 cup water
2tbs butter
3tbs fresh cream
250g paneer cubes
1/2tsp garam masala
1-2 tsp sugar
1 tsp kasturi methi
