In questo video potete vedere il lavoro svolto su questi Bracci Posteriori di un' Autobianchi Bianchina (identici a quelli Fiat 500 F - L - R )
Per prima cosa è stata smontata tutta la parte meccanica dell'auto e fatta sabbiare, infine verniciate con un nero semi lucido esattamente come in origine.
Il primo componente ad essere stato revisionato (nonchè il più importante) è stato il mozzo posteriore, scoppiato dai relativi cuscinetti e anelli di tenuta. Messo tutto nuovo e rimontato!
Si procede con tutte le varie parti che compongono la frenatura (porta ganasce, tamburi, cilindretti, molle, tubi freno), messo tutto nuovo poiché come ben visibile le vecchie parti erano irrecuperabili.

In diesem Video können Sie die Arbeiten sehen, die an diesen hinteren Querlenkern eines Autobianchi Bianchina durchgeführt wurden (identisch mit denen des Fiat 500 F - L - R).
Zunächst wurde der gesamte mechanische Teil des Wagens zerlegt und sandgestrahlt und schließlich genau wie im Original mit einem seidenmatten Schwarz lackiert.
Das erste (und wichtigste) Bauteil, das überholt wurde, war die Hinterradnabe, die aus ihren Lagern und Dichtringen platzte. Alles neu und wieder zusammengebaut!
Wir fahren mit allen verschiedenen Teilen fort, aus denen das Bremssystem besteht (Bremsbackenhalter, Trommeln, Zylinder, Federn, Bremsschläuche) und bauen alles neu ein, da die alten Teile, wie deutlich zu erkennen ist, nicht wiederhergestellt werden konnten.

W pierwszej kolejności cała część mechaniczna auta została rozebrana i wypiaskowana, na koniec pomalowana na czarny półmat dokładnie tak jak oryginalnie.
Pierwszym elementem wymagającym remontu (i najważniejszym) była tylna piasta, która pękła z łożysk i pierścieni uszczelniających. Wszystko nowe i ponownie zmontowane!
Przystępujemy do wszystkich elementów składających się na układ hamulcowy (wsporniki szczęk, bębny, cylindry, sprężyny, przewody hamulcowe), zakładając wszystko nowe, gdyż jak widać, starych części nie dało się odzyskać.

First, the entire mechanical part of the car was dismantled and sandblasted, finally painted with a semi-gloss black exactly as originally.
The first component to be overhauled (and the most important) was the rear hub, which burst from its bearings and sealing rings. Everything new and reassembled!
We proceed with all the various parts that make up the braking system (shoe holders, drums, cylinders, springs, brake hoses), putting everything new since as is clearly visible the old parts were unrecoverable.

Primeiro, toda a parte mecânica do carro foi desmontada e jateada, finalmente pintada com um preto semibrilhante exatamente como originalmente.
O primeiro componente a ser revisado (e o mais importante) foi o cubo traseiro, que rompeu seus rolamentos e anéis de vedação. Tudo novo e remontado!
Procedemos a todas as diversas peças que compõem o sistema de travagem (porta-sapatos, tambores, cilindros, molas, mangueiras de travão), colocando tudo novo pois como é bem visível as peças antigas estavam irrecuperáveis.

@Umberto.Goglia inizialmente usavo l’acido bifasico (bicomponente), successivamente benzina e adesso porto tutto in sabbiatura (non esiste risultato migliore)
