Biggest mistake was the lead singer, as usual, went out to do their own thing. Most times the BAND makes it, with some exceptions.

@@danielnovak5357..... They did good for a while without Larry. That's the way it almost always is. Or one of the others will leave. Saw it with Highway 101, Paulette Carlson left. Ricochet the drummer left then the fiddle player , Lonestar, John Rich left I think. Little Texas, Brady Seals left to go solo.

As a kid of the 70s,, I'm not a C&W purist. I was strictly Rock--Until Charlie Daniels, Marshall Tucker Band and the transformation of Progressive Country Rock. Lots of really good "Country" in the 80s and 90's. Restless Heart (w/ Larry) was one of my favorites.

This is real country music, lyrics that tell a story and actually have meaning to them instead of the crap that's considered country music today, all about drinking beer and such. The days of Restless Heart, Garth Brooks, Diamond Rio, Patty Loveless, Vince Gill and the rest of the soulful country singers are dead and gone i'm afraid but they can still live on through youtube.
