These trees require some polishing, especially Farseer. Shaman community’s complaints are absolutely fair. It’s kinda disappointing that our class is quite secondary to the devs. Mage, Paladin, Priest… all of them witness multiple updates and developing notes almost every week and no single response for shamans’ feedback

I kind of like both hero talents (especially the totem one), but it's true that shamans base kit/skill tree needs some polishing. Just because dmg speccs get first touched doesn't mean that shaman is second class... the whole healers are not the main focus at least for now ;( and currently there are much worse hero speccs like oracle... so I am pretty happy what I got till now😊

Eh feedback and polishing are whatever. Tuning is all that matters.

All that we shamans truly need is a visual update to the old totems... it's been years

Dude your wow takes are so refreshing. Thank you

Those ancestor chain heals are only being logged when they hit you. It's likely more if you were able to track the bounces to the dummies. Looks like maybe 80%+

The chain heals from you totem drops for totemic are sourced from you meaning they interact with your talents that increase them. The heals from farseers don’t, so they will only hit three targets and will not scale with additional talents. So it’s kind of weird, I think haste will end up being the best stat for that set since you would want to generally cast as many spells as possible while they are out. I like the more active approach with totemic because you can control when the chain heals are used and can spend more efficient casts on healing wave to reduce the cd on all of the totems other than the new one.

I like both but Farseer will be particularly rewarding if well piloted IMO. Totemic feels more like a fire and forget thing so far.

I like TOTEMIC way more. having chain heal with every totem u drop sound fun and strong

it was there in shadowlands, felt super fun

Well isn't your chain heal 5 targets so should it also be 5 targets from them? If it's also 5 targets then they do the same as you

Totemic looks like a beast, Farseer seems the M+ go to and Totemic for Raids

Unless the totem healing rain benefits from acid rain ... That would probably pump damage
@kitterrell74615 ай бұрын
@@TheGoatLocker totem healing rain does do acid rain damage. I haven't seen testing on if Oversurge (+150% surging totem strength during ascendence) affects acid rain or overflowing shores for healing rain. Also waiting to see if pulse capacitor affects those same talents. If they all work together we may be getting some hyper busted good healing/acid rains as long as the automatic targeting AI isn't bad

So I was watching this ony phone and the brightness was low and I was in a dark room. As soon as I turned it up, the bright screen flashed my eyes and his pink shirt blended in with this skin, for a moment I could've sworn he had no shirt on.... O.o

Lol... Yeah... I forgot to put on my extra button down shirt over top of the pink t shirt... So I looked neked... You're welcome rofl

Which one is better for M+? I don't imagine using CH in dungeons.
@ZucoWoW4 ай бұрын
Haven't been able to get a clear idea yet because the Totemic tree just started working on this patch reset. We'll see.. I think they will both provide more then enough healing for M+ though. Free Chain Heals on every totem drop is insanely strong.

Totemic sound so fun with the Shaman fantasy

Acid Rain is not worth the talent point. I'd rather put it toward more healing because the damage isn't enough.
@ZucoWoWАй бұрын
@@kmallory100 It's absolutely worth the talent point. It's your top damage in M+ if you take it and use Healing Rain on CD like you should be.
